Heavy Duty Truck Wash
 
A remarkably effective heavy duty alkaline truck and trailer wash formulated for steam cleaning and pressure washing equipment. Removed tough dirt and heavy grease deposits from trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. Panel Klean's formulation also contains inhibitors to help prevent scale build-up in washing equipment.

  • Directions for Use:

    Panel Klean is a concentrated cleaner that may be diluted up to 2 ounces per gallon of water. Apply Panel Klean in sweeping motions from bottom up with pressure tip about 12 inches from vehicle surface. Allow to penetrate, then rinse with cool water for a sparkling finish. Clean in sections to prevent drying. Adjust dilution ratio as necessary, depending on hardness of water and cleaning requirements. Dispense according to equipment manufacturers' specifications. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. 

    Caution: Panel Klean contains caustic alkaline builders and should not be used on chromium coated plastics or polished aluminum. Improper use may result in dulling of some painted surfaces. Personal protective equipment must be worn when using this product. Prior to use, read and follow label instructions and Safety Data Sheet precautions. 

  • Warnings + First Aid

    Warning: Read all cautionary statements before using product! This product contains sodium hydroxide and ethylene glycol. Severely burns and damages eyes, skin, respiratory system (lungs) and digestive system (mouth and stomach). Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Please read and follow al label precautions and instructions. Read and understand correct procedures and antidotes as outlined in the Safety Data Sheet before using product. Wear protective clothing and equipment aas required by the Safety Data Sheet. 

    First Aid:

    For eye contact: flush affected area thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention. For skin contact: flush thoroughly with water. Remove affected clothing and thoroughly wash prior to reuse. Inhalation: Avoid breathing vapors from product. Ventilate area to insure fresh supply of air to user. If inhalation does occur, get immediate medical attention.  Ingestion: If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Administer large amounts of water followed by at least 1 ounce of vinegar in an equal amount of water. Get immediate meidcal attention.
